The Environment & Rural Affairs Monitoring and Modelling Programme (ERAMMP) is a Welsh Government project contracted to the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology (UKCEH).  ERAMMP is the successor to the Glastir Monitoring and Evaluation Programme (GMEP) and both projects included a national field survey (NFS) which collected data across the Welsh landscape.

ERAMMP provides monitoring and evaluation of the Glastir land management scheme to determine the impacts and benefits of Glastir to support policy development by the Welsh Government. In order to deliver a successful NFS, UKCEH contact land-owners and land managers to seek permission to access their land.

UKCEH will be the data controller and data processor for the personal data you provide for the ERAMMP National Field Survey. Your information will be processed under UKCEH’s legitimate interest in exercising UKCEH’s assigned work.

Your personal data will be held only for the duration of the ERAMMP programme after which UKCEH will erase your personal data from UKCEH systems.

UKCEH will only retain personal data for land-owners and land managers with land within ERAMMP field survey areas. This personal data will be used to organise and execute field surveys. The findings of ERAMMP will not reference individuals.

Your personal data is not shared with the Welsh Government.

Your personal data will be stored on secure systems. Personal, identifiable data will only be transferred using accredited secure data transfer systems.
